Return Policy

Please contact us immediately if the items are not ready for consumption on receipt of delivery. Do not eat goods that you think may not be at the right temperature or that may not be appropriate for consumption.

Any of our site's goods are perishable. This means that the right to void a deal is not valid and we are reluctant to allow returns. Often, though, you will need to cancel an order and while our goods are clearly prepared for your order, if you email us more than 24 hours before the shipping date is expected, it may be necessary to cancel the order with a full refund.

Your legal rights to cancel still apply to non-perishable products.

As a customer, you have legal rights with respect to goods that, as defined, are defective or not. Advice is available from the local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office on your civil rights.

If you have returned a product to us because it is faulty or mis-described, the price of the defective product will be refunded in full, along with all related shipping charges or reasonable expenses paid by you while returning the product to us.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the Goods to us or, where appropriate, the cost of us retrieving the Products from you, whether the Products are defective or not as described;

You have a legal duty to keep the goods in your custody while they are in your possession and to take good care of the products.

Refunds will be made to you, if appropriate, using the same system and account as used for you to pay for the order.
