All orders issued with the customers are subject to the following terms and conditions.

EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD reserves the right to change all of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and orders issued after that time will be subject to any alterations.


Orders sent shall not be considered to have been approved by EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD until the EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD Order Confirmation Notification has been confirmed by (e-mail).


EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD reserves the right to change the price of the products at any time prior to delivery in order to reflect any rise in EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD prices, any change in the details or quantity of delivery, or any delay caused by the supplier.

The payment can be made using any form listed on our website's. EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD will take all appropriate steps to ensure that your order and payment details are kept safe, but EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized access to your information.

The payment of the total order price, along with the delivery fee, will be debited from the customer’s account after notification of the EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD order confirmation has been sent to the customers, but before delivery of the products.

EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries if the issuer of the customer card fails to make the payment of the price or any delivery fee on behalf of the consumer.

EUROBANGLFOODS LTD makes every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, but during the busy season there could be delays or increased timescales.

EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD will be able to predict the arrival date of the products, but customers will recognize that this is an estimate.

EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD shall not be responsible for any damage arising from the failure to deliver to the customer by the estimated delivery date or by any other date or period as may be settled upon afterwards.

Buyers have the ability to alert EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD if they plan to leave the items in a safe place. It is important that they leave a signed note/message on the outside of the property that the driver will take for our records when customers request products to be left unsigned for.

Products Missing or Damaged

Prior to signing the delivery note, all packages must be reviewed by customers (unless the customer has given special instructions that goods can be left in a secure location unsigned for). If there is any harm to the goods or if the products are missing, this must be mentioned on the delivery note and must be notified to EUROBANGLAFOODS LTD within 3 days of the delivery date. EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD would not be eligible to make a claim to the courier/delivery company if notification is not made within 3 days of the date of delivery.


At the moment of delivery, the risk of harm to or loss of the goods passes to the customer or if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods.

Ownership of the products shall not pass to the customer until the total order price and delivery fee have been paid in full to EUROBANGLA FOODS LTD.

Customers shall not be entitled, by way of protection, to pledge or in any way charge any of the products which remain the property of EUROCROSS for any indebtedness. If the trader does so, all of the money owed to EUROBANGLAFOODS LTD by the customers will be due and payable.
